Group Bookings

Looking to book for a group at any of our shows? Please enquire at Box Office for possible discounts for parties of 10 or more and school groups.

Accessibility

Please contact the Box Office if you have any specific Access requirements, and our staff will be pleased to help. Full details about our venues' accessibility are included on the Access page.

Personal Assistant Tickets

Where patrons with disabilities need a personal assistant to attend an event with them, the combined cost will be equivalent to the full cost of one ticket. Please see the Access page for more details. To apply for a free ticket for a personal assistant please complete the Personal Assistant Form; or if you organise visits on behalf of a group that needs personal assistants, please use the Personal Assistant (Organisations) Form.

Family Friendly

Scunthorpe Theatres aspires to make all of our customers welcome, no matter how small, and we really hope that our younger visitors become regulars at our theatres. Children older than 18 months will require a ticket, but in consideration of our audience and performers, we just ask that those under the age of 3 are only admitted to shows aimed at the very young. For those under 18 months, babes-in-arms tickets are available in person from the Box Office for selected shows (collection before the show). Our staff are trained to be aware of the needs of breast-feeding mothers, and we also have baby changing facilities on the ground floor.

Tickets

eTickets are the preferred means of entry - simply show them on your phone for us to scan. To reduce ticketing fraud, we do NOT accept screenshots or printouts of tickets. You must show either: eTickets in the Ticketmaster app or actual tickets purchased from our Box Office.

Tickets purchased by phone can be posted for an additional £1.20. If you purchase tickets online, these will be eTickets, as Ticketmaster no longer post out tickets.

Please check all tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the case of a cancelled performance.

By purchasing our tickets, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Booking Fees

Tickets for events are subject to fees, whether booked online or in person. The Ticketmaster Service Charge (12.5%) pays for the technology infrastructure, telephone lines, credit/debit card processing services, merchant charges, labour and other costs associated with managing ticketing and servicing the ticket transaction. The Facility Fee (£1.50 per ticket) helps us to maintain and improve our building for the benefit of those who visit the venue, and pays for security measures added for public safety. In addition, when booking online, a Handling Fee of £2.50 is added to each transaction. Delivery charges may apply for tickets not purchased in person at the venue.

Ticketmaster

If you purchased tickets online, you need to contact Ticketmaster with any problems, as our own Box Office is unable to change or amend any order placed through Ticketmaster. They can only be contacted online from the Ticketmaster website. This page also includes the option for live chat.
